Organic extra virgin olive oil, with a maximum acidity of 0.3%. Here the olives are totally pure, so in this case the drilling water as well as the soil are controlled. In addition, annual inspections are carried out in order to ensure the quality of the specific olive oil. Also, the certification of organic products is done by the European A-Cert Certification Organization.
